Wholesale basics

Minimums: Opening order $250 wholesale (before shipping). Reorders $150 wholesale.
New to wholesale or a smaller shop? We offer guidance and can recommend a tight best-seller mix to make your first order easy. - Wholesale eligibility: Wholesale is available to licensed retail businesses. A valid resale certificate / reseller permit is required for tax-exempt wholesale purchasing.
- Case packs: Soap is 6 per scent. Most other items are 4 per scent.
- Lead times: Most items ship in 1–2 weeks if in stock. Soaps may take 3–4 weeks for larger or custom orders.
- Payment: First orders are 50% to begin / 50% before shipment. Reorders are paid in full before shipment (unless approved otherwise).
- Shipping + damages: Shipping is paid by the buyer (typically USPS Priority). Report any damage/shortages within 5 business days with photos.

Because everything is made in small batches, we bring on new wholesale partners in waves and take on a limited number at a time to keep production and turnaround times consistent. If you’re hoping to stock for an upcoming season, reach out early.
